Update [Nov 2, 2023]


Dear Valued Customers,

All of our facilities are now back to operations with the exception of apparel and embroidery.

We aim to catch up in production and return to regular delivery timelines for all departments by the middle of next week.

Production is working through the heavy volume backlog systematically, clearing the oldest items first. That being said, we may not be able to guarantee rushes at specific orders at this time.

We humbly ask if you can buy additional time from your clients to help manage your client expectations.




Operations are back online [Oct 31, 2023]


Dear Valued Customers,

All of our facilities are now back to operations. However, due to the backlog of orders, we have temporarily removed next business day production turnaround and increased our standard turnaround times by 2 business days. Upon catching up, we will resume next business day production and reduce to our standard turnarounds once more.

We are running 24/7 and look to be caught up within around a week.

We have also temporarily stopped taking orders for embroidery and apparel products until likely the end of this week.

We’d like to thank you for your patience and once again we apologize for any inconvenience our network outage has had. We advise as a best practice to communicate these temporary delays to your customers.

Network Outage Update [Oct 26, 2023]


We are pleased to announce that the shipping systems at our Steelcase Plant (commercial printing, stationery and roll labels) are now back online. As of yesterday (Oct 25th) we have started shipping products out. We are working diligently to clear the backlog of orders. Our tracking systems will require a few more days to manually update job statuses, and we are actively working to ensure accurate and timely information.

The McPherson plant’s (large format, apparel, promotional products) network has now been brought back online as of today and we have started shipping products out.

With most of our networks in both facilities back online, we are working 24/7 to catch up on production. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to minimize disruptions and return to full operational capacity as soon as possible.

We appreciate your continued patience and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please communicate with your clients an additional 1 - 2 days delay on your existing orders. We forecast to be back to normal by next week.

On Friday, October 20th, we faced an unforeseen network outage leading to a brief disruption in production that has unfortunately extended to Monday, Oct 23rd. Here's the latest update:

Production has already resumed, and our teams are working around the clock to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping systems were affected and we were unable to ship out items since Friday, Oct 20th.

Temporary Adjustments:

• Real-time order status updates may be temporarily unavailable for the next few days.
• Some orders might experience a short delay of approximately 2-3 days. We advise keeping your clients informed of this brief delay.
